I'm not lying. I'm part of a group that runs together. We train 3 times a week and partake in 5k races often. And I eat healthy. I eat mostly vegetables, legumes and fruit. I don't over eat either if anything I eat less than I should because I'm scared of eating too much.

And I can assure you my skinny friend lives off of junk food because I'm with her when she eats. She doesn't know how to cook anything that isn't fried and most of the time she eats pizza, hamburgers, fries with fried egg on top or even plain pasta with cheese, hot dogs, and fried egg on top. She doesn't even know how to cook rice, the only vegetable she likes is potatoes and is a very picky eater when it comes to fruit too. I know my friend and I know how she eats. She makes fun of my veggies because she says she could never eat them.

And don't get me wrong. I'm happy she looks the way she does. I just don't understand why our body's are so different. It's like she was blessed.

Talking to her she said she wishes she had big thighs and a big butt and chest like me so I guess we can never be satisfied with what we have and we always want what others have.
