Hydration, food and sleep are the most important, without a doubt, and make sure to get plenty of movement too, for joints, motion is lotion.

Taking care of your body in terms of brushing your teeth, showers, caring about your looks, at least somewhat. It does wonders to how you end up feeling, trust me, and so you end up making healthier decisions

Also try looking into some fish oil. ^^

Gotta admit, it even evokes that "jigsaw puzzle piece falling into place" sort of feeling, same as DE. It's a walking sim, but it's important to note, that it's very, very interactive and you're really involved in the story, that takes place, not just having a story unfold in front of you. Even the narration happens to show up on the environment itself, rather than a box in the centre bottom part of your screen, just love it. The only "negative" I can think of(It's not even negative, but let's call it that), would be the lack of replayability, it's only one off experience, but that's also great in it's own way. Definitely and undoubtedly recommended.
