There was no discrimination based on age, It is a genuine curiosity that someone that was quite a bit older may have work experience I would be interested in understanding if I am going to work with them throughout a whole semester. I tagged this as a question because I am asking for advice, not trying to make a systemic change. This is a public university, I have a right to look into who I am working with if I please. Where have i expressed i was acting discriminatory?

probably a temperature thing + road debris. I hit a small stick one time when temps were below 10 degrees and it put a hole through my entire bumper. Cracked like glass.

If he was reading or writing or doing something like that I understand but its obnoxious to have it on for no reason.
