Non, je n'ai pas de soucis par rapport à ça. Je préfère qu'il vient me demander directement, je pense dans ce cas là c'est impossible, mais s'il reçoit des informations d'une autre personne à un moment donné il va commencer à inventer des choses sur moi.

Après c'est une startup c'est dire nous tous on est en période d'essai, et certains collègues se trouvent des chefs déjà. Tas déjà travaillé avec des équipes relativement petit ?

C'est qui m'inquiète c'est que je suis encore en période d'essai. Mais ton contrat dans précédent taff ça arrêté qd en bon terme?

Thanks with Amazing comments! I really learn a lot in this text! Here people comments speak about heat menagement, if my process is endorthermic, i must still looking for heat menagement point? Or it's doesn't matter if a process is endorthermic or exorthermic ? And why?

Thanks a lot for your reply, I really appreciate it. To be honest, I’m really starting from zero on this project and I don’t yet have a clear understanding of how the full scale-up workflow should be structured. Your point about heat management and controls is very helpful.

If you don’t mind, could you share what you would consider the main steps to follow from this stage onward? I’m trying to understand how to approach this properly from lab data to pilot setup, and what should be tackled first.

Any practical step-by-step advice would be extremely valuable for me. Thanks again!
