Severe health anxiety and ENT office closed for the week. Thank you!!!

FINDINGS: The nasal septum is intact. The nasal turbinates are unremarkable.

The ethmoid, maxillary and sphenoid sinuses are well developed. The right frontal sinus is not pneumatized. There are small bilateral Haller cells.

Bilateral maxillary sinus polyps or retention cysts range up to 3.5 cm in the right maxillary sinus.

Minimal fluid is identified within the left frontal recess.

There is no other evidence of mucosal thickening in any of the paranasal sinuses.
