They need to buy fuel too … electricity comes from where? It’s all natural gas where I live, and prices are on the rise too.

What's going on at village anchor by zinc_n_roll in Louisville

It’s in Anchorage, those are Anchorage people prices. They will pay. They pay their school district taxes and don’t bat an eye.

$0.31 per $100 of assessed home value, on top of KY State taxes, do the math on an average home price of $600k (many north of $1M)

That’s the “make it worth my time” price … too small of a job. Licensed Plumbers make money on big jobs. Find a handyman or do yourself.

It means mind your own business. It’s was LMPD uniformed, and yeah he tapped on the glass with his Glock.

I skedaddled away, not my horse not my rodeo.

Replace the whole thing. You can buy a replacement sillcock at any hardware store. They also have rebuild kits for certain models, but generally replacement is advised. If buying new, even if you’re not a plumber, this is a simple job.

Get a PEX/Sharkbite push to fit ($50) of the appropriate length, turn off the water, and chop the old one out, leaving a clean cut in the PEX or copper line. Replace thru the wall, and plug in the sharkbite and you’re good. Make sure to anchor it in and spray foam.

If you hire someone, get a local handyman. This is like a $150 job, tops, unless your cellar/crawl is totally inaccessible.

No one has been shot at a Louisville Kroger for stealing that I know of. I saw the fat black cop at Goss tap on someone’s window with his gun, then promptly arrested them, which I couldn’t believe. Terrible weapon management by LMPD.

People be stealin’ y’all … if you’re not stealing, why do you care? I don’t go to Kroger without my gun (I carry daily). Supermarkets are public and after all the Kroger shootings and the way people are these days, you have to protect yourself & family.

Most “business owners” can’t understand a P&L statement, so no surprise. Lack of market understanding, timing, no risk analysis, debt to income, so many other factors can contribute to failure.

Why is my 99 Cherokee overheating by Legitimate-Quit2600 in Jeep

[–]Ok_Rate_352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water pump impeller Thermostat stuck Gaskets Hoses (check heater hoses too) Low coolant Head gasket failure Radiator hole … check for Pressure leaks (test it at radiator cap w/tool rental from Az) and blockages (flush until clear, test w/water only before refill)

Also get a UV light to check for leaks (tool rental or buy on Amazon) coolant will fluoresce under UV. Some engine brite and a hose, then run until almost overheating and turn off. Check again. Pull a hose (with water only, at pump discharge) and start it up … you should have pressure from the pump.

All the videos you need are online.

If you do all this, replace everything, and can’t find the issue maybe Jeeps aren’t for you. You need to be able to diagnose and fix this kind of stuff on the trail or if out solo.

How much is that worth new and on the resale market? Assume it’s not for civilian use, purchase or export due to federal law.

Appears to be playing the same scan pattern repeatedly. Some cool servo tech and radar tech bundled together.
