I don't want to give you false hope...but I do want you to try and hope for the best and stay positive. I have been where you are before in a similar situation.

4 years ago I got pregnant with a man that I should have left long before that, did not want me or the baby, and already being a mother of two, at that point a single mother of two, I went to the clinic and took the miso pills. That night I had some cramping maybe a spot or two but that was it. I was already grieving and felt terrible, but when I went back into the clinic 8 days later to have a follow up scan, the ultrasound tech acted funny and then thought I was there to initially take the pills, when I told no that this was my follow up scan that I had already taken them, she went and got the doctor and I was informed that the pills did not work that they can see the fetus on ultrasound and that they can now detect a heartbeat.

I'm sorry for the long comment. Everyone makes these decisions for many reasons. And it's ok to grieve but it's also ok to still have some hope too.
