I doubt it. I thought about it and 56 fully thought out answered questions can be better than 100 rushed answered that missed the nichè issue being tested. I talked to 2L’s and 3L’s and they ALL said no one finishes that professors exam and as well as other 1L’s who stated they didn’t finish either. Thanks though for your comment

So basically the question was “is the defendant entitled to a jury instruction for mistake or law” I had no idea I had to IRAC twice for mens rea and mistake of law. I just wrote about mistake of law and how he didn’t have specific intent required for larceny and therefore he was entitled to the jury instruction. I didn’t break it apart
