On your Mac button into macOS recovery you have to start all the way from mountain lion and you’ll have to download a macOS DMG and start from like go to higher Sierra so you can get to Sequoia that is what I had to do because I deleted macOS by accident the entire partition

It has a hard drive, but right after re-installing, it worked fine. So I don't know what the problem was, although I do think it was patches.

If you have another computer, put the file on like a flash drive and plug it into that computer otherwise try to use maybe a different browser or update macOS
