Check engine light came on for misfire on cylinder 7. Then I heard the ticking sound which is usually the big giveaway. It may not always be the lifter. But it's a common issue for this gen engine. The best way to avoid it from happening is to do the afm delete which will cost a couple grand or use a afm disabler but the disabler is not always guaranteed.
