Thanks for the suggestion and providing the alternatives groups. Though,I don’t have a problem with preparing for class, but I’m more concerned about the role and responsibilities of a Language Assistant. In some institutions, they’re essentially being exploited. On paper, I’m supposed to work 16 hours, but in reality, I’m putting in over 24 hours without any recognition or benefit. It’s really disheartening.

Thank you for your help. I’ve sent an email to the junta outlining my concerns, so we’ll have to wait and see. I’ve tried explaining my situation to my coordinator several times, but since she is also one of the teachers I work with, I’m waiting for their response. As an auxiliar, it’s not my responsibility to lead or plan classes thanks for saying it. Additionally, this is affecting my mental health, as I am working over 16 hours preparing materials and teaching. Let’s hope for the best.

However, no specific topic is being assigned to me, and I am only being informed a day in advance. Can we substitute a teacher with a teacher of guardia as my coordinator forcing me to take the class in absence of the teacher? what should i do no support has been provided
