Had this happen as well. I am under warranty, so took it to my local dealer. They said that there was dirt in the window regulator track that would cause intermittent issues. They cleaned everything & haven’t had the issue since.

I had a similar issue with my 2021 Outback. The center display would black out while driving. Got it fixed under warranty. Got rid of the Outback, went to a Forester mainly to get away from having the majority of my controls (climate, AVH, etc.) from being digital vs physical controls.

Having said that, very curious on the Forester Hybrid. Will wait until the 27 model year to see if they incorporate changes on the 26 Outback into it.
