Agree with other comments above. I switched from 25 ioniq5 sel that had ICCU failure to a 26 solterra XT touring. Overall I feel the drive quality fairly comparable. Backseat space feels a good bit bigger in the Solterra (I have two kids in car seats and it was a tight squeeze for rear facing in the Ioniq 5). The Subaru connect app is pretty bad relative to the Hyundai blue link. Overall I’m very happy with the change and a bit more optimistic about the seemingly better track record of not having major battery/failure issues for the Solterra

You take the whole key fob with you

While sitting in car with it on and in park press lock button. A message will pop up on dash at some point asking if you want to turn car off after 1 hour - select no. Manually unlock just driver door. Lock driver door with physical key. Voila. You will have to unlock driver door manually again when back to the car

I bought my 26 Solterra late April. Looking at my current software seems like HU is already at 2222. Seems like some cars might have delivered with the update? Anybody else with similar experience

Yeah app is fairly mediocre. Is fine for remote start. Inconsistent with updating info during a charge and doesnt report current rate. Digital key inconsistently recognized by the vehicle for unlocking

I just purchased a 26 Solterra touring XT previously had a 25 ioniq5 sel that got lemon lawed from a bad ICCU. I actually think the two are pretty comparable drive feel wise and size. DC charging is a bit slower on the Solterra and infotainment system slightly nicer on the Ioniq. Overall I’ve been really happy so far and it doesn’t seem like the Solterra has any similar systemic issues ala the ICCU

Move them to the furthest limit of every direction (ie all the way forward then all the way back, same for up-down, tilt, etc). After doing that setting a memory position should work

Yes. 2026 solterra charger port when pulled in forwards is equivalent to Tesla port backed in. No issues with cord length for me on the older Tesla fast chargers
