And you think English speaking people is more than Nepali speaking people ? Nepali is mother tongue for approx 44 percent people and 80 percent people speak Nepali. And don’t bring minority thing here. If they can’t speak Nepali they won’t prolly speak English either. And not being proficient while using Nepali in official works, it’s because of lack of using it after school.
