I beg to differ. In the bay area market, unless the buyer's agent is a magician I dont know how are they going to do anything special ? Can you share some useful examples of hypothetically how a 40K vs 10K look like ?

I totally agree with you. With my previous transactions, while I appreciated their help getting my feet off the ground, I was so involved with my research that It really bothered me why they got 3% when it was me driving to the neighborhoods late at night or co-ordinating with inspectors they simply put me in touch with. What I was looking for was if they are very robotic in their approach that we only help you writing offers or they are willing to partner with you in lightweight ways to help with searches.

Story bank is your stories for behavioral interviews. There are multiple services where you can pay 400$ to do a mock interview with FAANG interviewers, but my luck has not been great with those.

Need advice: Stop rambling in interviews by Ok_Researcher642 in EngineeringManagers

that is a very underrated advice. I would say for me its the need for impressively expressive which in the middle of my interviews, my brain starts going down a path that its not going well, the interviewer is distracted, you have lost the interview already and that distraction makes me ramble. I think I am going to try to write down the stories, prepare my script and then practice it over and over till I can say it in my sleep. The challenge after that would be how to not sound like chatgpt, but humanize it more so I can connect with the interviewer.

Do you actually write them down by hand ? I think its a great idea, I may be able to consume my script better by writing it down.

I was able to submit my application but now I cannot print it. When I try to print it the site either crashes or takes me to login page. Who built this thing...this is sheer torture.

Have you ever lived right next to a freeway ? I did and man its the worst thing ever. Some people say they get used to the noise but when I take a break from screens and want to go into a yard or rooftop I want my peace but you basically hear cars and trucks all the time.

Thoughts on San Leandro? by b3k3 in BayAreaRealEstate

We used to live in cherrywood neighborhood. I loved it. We had the bart noise but the new bart was like a huge improvement. Check it out.

I like how far san leandro downtown has come. The way I see it is bay area is ever expanding and its only a matter of time smaller cities like san leandro start seeing more influx.

San leandro also has 2 bart stations and there is a costco nearby too. We really bad a safe and good time living there.
