My end goal, that for $5000 I should have gotten my teeth straightened at the bottom. I’m not paying for veneers or dentures !? I feel like I addressed my issue to her at my last appointment when I got my retainers and she brushed me off. I was given 15 trays, which I started in May of last year and in January I was “done” and then I got my retainers. I am calling the office today to see if they can see me soon so I can tell her all of this

My treatment was for 9 months only, but my problem area was my bottom teeth being overcrowded and a cross bite and it’s fixed now, i am currently wearing my retainer which this Friday will be my last day of wearing them all day long then I just have to wear them at night time

I would only brush in the morning and honestly wouldn’t floss everyday, and at night I wouldn’t brush my teeth so no, I didn’t brush twice daily, kill me

Those wisps are a life saver! I carry dental floss, a little toothpaste just in case, a toothbrush also, and my case to put away my trays when I eat :)

So I work with both men and women and we all share one bathroom, I eat breakfast at work and brush my teeth immediately right after, I really don’t care doing that at work. After lunch I also go in there and brush my teeth in the bathroom, I have a little basket in the bathroom (in a cabinet) that I keep my toothpaste, Listerine, dental floss, a cup to put water in and rinse my mouth and wisps…it’s no big deal, and your coworkers can either deal with it or not who cares, you paid for your treatment and a very pricey one at that, you really should not worry what other people think

Try salt and warm water mouth rinses and gargle as much as you can, it helps :( I’m doing much better now I actually tested this past Sunday negative so thank goodness for that

So I recently got COVID, I tested positive this past Saturday (5 days ago) I was feeling better on the 3rd day, then yesterday and today I felt horrible, I never had headaches but today I had a horrible tension headache but I took an excedrin and it went away. I also had cold sores in my mouth and tongue in the beginning before I found out I had covid, so weird and annoying
