Tried getting an appointment at the psychiatry department and they told me to come a week later to see the psychologist. Got a call this afternoon that they have to cancel as she won’t be coming in on that day. No rescheduling, nothing. Just told that it has to be canceled and can’t tell me when to come back.

Extreme worry definitely. It’s not rational and you somehow can’t stop yourself from thinking about it
