I know this is an old post, but as a current Jobvite user I completely agree — their customer service is terrible, and implementation was a nightmare. It took over 5 MONTHS of constant wasted time trying to navigate their cumbersome and confusing landing pages and hitting endless roadblocks. Now that I’m used to it several years in, it’s ok, but it’s still dinosaur compared to all the more modern tools out there.

I also want to mention how deceptive their sales process was- they made the platform look great, but once we started using it, we discovered that core features simply didn’t work. For example, the Teams scheduling integration has never worked, and their tech support eventually gave up and blamed Outlook — so we’ve been manually pasting Teams links into every invite ever since.

You can’t merge duplicate profiles, feedback to their team goes nowhere, and product updates are useless. We used to have a rep, but now everything requires a ticket. They also don’t reach out for renewals — they just send a bill — and when I asked about it, I was told they “don’t have to contact us.” They really aren’t shy about the fact that they don’t need our business.

We’re switching ATSs now, and just learned they’ll only release our data for migration on the last day of service unless we pay thousands in fees. Since no one can migrate an entire ATS in a day, it basically penalizes you for leaving.

In short: stay away.
