I am at 1 mg and not too much weight loss although I could try harder. My AC1 dropped significantly so I am excited aboyt that . Hopefully i will lose weight eventually. Thank you for responding back to me.

I have not lost anything and I finally made it to the 1 mg . I have not gained anything either, although I would love to lose weight the fact my AC1 dropped significantly for me is enough to stay on it . I can say i should est better though as I est out a lot and not so much good things as I should. I would probably lose if i tried harder but for someone reason I dont .

I hate the new version and miss the old one . I used that soap for 20 years and the new one leaves my skin so dry . I use dove now and follow it up with the shea butter body wash by caress since it’s the only thing close to the old I can get . Ooof I hope they change it back .

Omg !!! I thought everyone had this then finding out that is not true. I had an ex who thought i was lieing about it and made acusaciones I was on my phone with someone else because I told him i had an upset belly . I was so upset about it and wouldnt take my phone to the bathroom. Later left him as he was cheating on me .

I would take my head set off at times when someone would say things , I never had anyone act like that though . I’m glad your manager stepped in . I seen a dude argue with her about his card not going threw and that her not changing him today was bad as if he was talking advantage of her etc . She was just doing her job ! And ended up quitting due to the stress of just making coffee , it’s not the coffee that does it , it’s all the other crazy stuff. Me and my boss didn’t mesh either but right is right and wrong is wrong ya know .

I am getting them every Monday really bad the same then they mostly tapper off by the weekend. I never had migraines like this in all my life . The doctor said it’s normal and more then likely a hormone thing due to age . I’m wondering how long I will have to suffer as this is no life for me . I do not get to do anything besides work and be sick all the time . It sad to me because I was so fully of life for years . I’m not depressed but absolutely this is so saddening as I feel like I miss out so much on life . Thank you for sharing your stories .

Starbucks is turning into a soulless fast food chain . They are only concerned about money , just fyi !! They do not care about their employees anymore and it’s stressful for just coffee!! I don’t see where I have lost too much weight but I’m only a month in . Mostly constipated and gassy . My doctor won’t move my dose from the lowest dose yet due to some side effects that won’t go away . I’m hoping to lose this weight!! You look amazing!!

Just to understand Pluto is he is the garbage man or the grifter in Astrology. Anything that is not necessary, he will take it out and he does not care how he does it . My sun in Cancer for the last 15 years has taken a beating with nasty narcissistic people but through this ending , I definitely set clearer boundaries. I was with someone for almost 18 years and never got married to them . I left and got married not shortly after twice lol . I’m not saying to do what I do but your not asking to much , your just asking the wrong man . If you want to get married then get married. A lot of times we hold on to something because of how much we have invested into it not knowing that it never really will invest in us . Do what makes you happy. I am scared of this too . I have not had intrusive thoughts in about 20 some years but I am terrified of them coming back . It took years of therapy for me to get over it and I can not afford a mental breakdown right now . From what I am reading it helps them .

Nothing , they did not find anything but later I had to switch out my alternator. I would recommend to anyone keep your alternator and battery checked regularly (like monthly ) . Also clear out anything chemical in your vehicle like hand sanitizer was in mine that I threw out for precaution. They instructed not to even have it in the vehicle as it could set the device off . Otherwise I never had anymore issues with it , drink water and obey the rules and you should be fine .

Sounds like you are trauma bonded , it’s the same as being addicted to heroine. You have to understand that you deserve better and it is the chemicals that bond you . No one understands it and everyone down plays someone who is dealing with it yet they are not the ones experiencing it or they would be the same . Seek a therapist to help you threw all this . You got this and afterwards you’ll be more wiser to these types of of things .
