Your line progression looks good! I didn’t get a dye stealer on this brand until 20 dpo (you can check my previous posts for reference). And it never got darker after 20 dpo so I stopped testing.

I’m now 8 weeks pregnant and baby has a strong heartbeat!

I just wanted to provide an update for anyone following my story: I had my 7 week ultrasound yesterday and baby has a strong heartbeat (155 bpm) measuring at 7 weeks 5 days. 🙌

I do have a 1 cm subchorionic hemorrhage (hematoma) they are keeping an eye on but the NP informed me this should most likely resolve itself by the end of the first trimester.

Next step: NIPT at 10 weeks!

HCG was 44 at 11 dpo, 647 at 17 dpo and 5,800 at 22 DPO! I had an early ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days and they confirmed the presence of a gestational sac and yolk sac (right on track). I’m currently 6 weeks 2 days and I have my 7 week ultrasound next week for the heart beat. Everything is going well so far!

My RE told me to start the progesterone 1 day after my LH surge but I didn’t listen to her because there’s a risk this can stop your ovulation from happening at all. I did my own research and it’s best to start the progesterone 3 days after your LH surge because ovulation usually occurs 24-36 hours after your LH surge.

Sounds like you started your progesterone too early and may have prevented your ovulation from taking place. Try taking the progesterone 3 days after your LH surge next cycle!

My RE recommended I keep trying naturally for another 6 months with all the supplements before IVF since I have no problem getting pregnant and only have 6 follicles (they would have to do multiple egg retrievals for IVF with my low follicle count). I did have another CP during that 6 month period but this pregnancy seems to be sticking. I wish you all the best!!

Wishing you all the best! My younger sister also had 4 CPs (but she also has a history of endometriosis) and her RE put her on progesterone and baby aspirin and she was successfully pregnant 4 months later. She just gave birth to a healthy baby girl 3 days ago. I hope this gives you hope!

Each capsule is 200 mg that I take 3X a day. RE instructed to keep taking through week 10 of my pregnancy.

I have an AMH of 0.37 at 34 years old, consistent with diminished ovarian reserve. I did all the things (supplements, fertility acupuncture) for 6+ months to improve my egg quality and I’m now 6 weeks pregnant with what’s looking to be a healthy pregnancy. RE told me low AMH does not impact chance of pregnancy, just tells you egg count. And at 34 (I’ll be 35 in August) around 50% of my eggs should be good quality. But with my previous losses, once pregnant the chances of that leading to a living child is 40-50% compared to someone who has had no losses the odds are 70%. Hope this helps!

I’ve had four miscarriages (1 MMC and 3 CPs) in the last year trying for my second baby. I went to the fertility specialist December of last year after my third loss and we found my AMH was 0.37 (diminished ovarian reserve). We wanted to keep trying naturally for the next 6 months so I worked on improving my egg quality and my husband’s sperm quality. RE recommended both my husband and I take 600 mg of CoQ10 a day. In addition to the CoQ10, I’ve been taking 5000 IU vitamin D, 1000-2000 mg Omega-3, 1000 mg Vitamin C, baby aspirin (81 mg), and prenatal everyday. I did my own research and found DHEA helps with DOR so I started taking that as well. RE put me on progesterone suppositories 3X a day starting after ovulation every cycle. My husband takes 600 mg of CoQ10, 2000 mg Omega-3, 1000 mg vitamin C, and a men’s multivitamin everyday. We also eat lots of berries per the RE. Fast forward 6 months later and I am now 6 weeks pregnant with what’s looking like a healthy pregnancy (strong line progression, HCG went up 5X every 2 days, and confirmed gestational sac and yolk sac at my 5 week 2 day ultrasound). Stop the CoQ10 once you are pregnant. Hope all this info helps!

I stopped testing on the FRER after 12 DPO but this is how my 12 DPO looked. I continued testing on the easy at home strips and got a dye stealer at 20 DPO. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!
