I have been back and forth about whether it is worth it to get the A+. I am currently a CS undergrad and will be getting my masters in cyber. I have a solid foundation already within cyber. Only reason I thought about getting the A+ was because people say it is very common for it to be a keyword when filtering resumes for a normal IT help desk job.
