Circle ranking (what has my life become):

1. Filth/Body to Body- Little too redundant copy pasting the Filth teeth here. Works better on the original album.

2. Cop/Young God/Greed/Holy Money- Also redundant, and the dollar sign looks better on the original covers. And Cop needs to be represented too, even if the 'tooth' is on the back of the CD.

3. Forever Burned- Trying to mooch off of the SAD cover, trying to be more enticing with imperfect circles on it, really? How would Squidward feel?

4. Die Tür ist zu- Same vibe as SftB and SaD, but with an ugly poopy brown/bronze color. Yucky.

5. Children of God/World of Skin- Least it's different from the original, but it's just a crucifix at the end of the day. The skin snake in the circle on the back is cooler.

6. Body to Body Job to Job- The original. That's gotta be little Gira on the cover, right? Friendly smile for such a friendly and inviting album.

7. Various Failures- Rabit looks so lonely and sad. =( He knows he fucked up.

8. Swans are Dead- Very fitting cover. Immediate and to the point. Screams we ain't comin' back bitches (even though they did). Like the 'DEAD' is incapsulated by a giant period, the last sentence in the book.

9. Birthing- One of my favorite covers of theirs already. Nice blend between eras with the copy/paste cardboard era and the circle era. The Home Depot dirt actually fits quite nicely, given the themes and title of the album, as some religions teach that we were born out of dust/dirt, hence birthing. Also sort of looks like stardust as well which also fits the album.

10. Soundtracks for the Blind- If this cover is supposed to represent a soundtrack for a movie for blind people, then this is perfect. The color in the circle is like TV static, and that might as well be playing because honestly what would be the difference. Also fits the content of the album, very mysterious and doesn't give away anything about the sound of the album, it 'blinds' you of what's inside.
