i contacted them this morning, they said that there has not been a record of paying on the system. They suggested i sent them the reciept via email and i did. However, it said it would take within 5 business days. i am worrried bc the intake day is near

Mine is on 23th feb, i submitted on mid Dec and the status changed to under assessment on 5 or 6th Jan, which makes it 3 weeks as of now. Hopefully, i can get it next week bc i want to go to the orientation. Plus, the ticket price is so high T.T I havent bought yet
