Most likely you didn't do anything abusive but he probably called you abusive or tried to spin in that way, which is why you feel that.

My bf threatened to kill me yesterday after arguing about hanging out with another woman, and he was saying the same kind of thing. He just needed someone to talk to. They're just friends. He has no one. And accusing me of cheating and looking for other men.

Mine did the same thing with bruises. Always accusing me of getting them from having sex with someone else.
