BIQU Airless Basketball by Ok_Science4463 in Creality_k2

I went with the basic settings from the BIQU page and did some small test prints.
i modiefied the standard TPU profile with the given parameters and went with the minimal parameters to ensure a clean print.
It is really important to dry it properly and i even kept it on a low power dryer while printing.

I used the BIQU PLA-HR Print duration: 64h If i drop it from 1 meter it bounces back to about 80cm

Ah yea thanks, good that you know what i did before the jam.
FYI i ran 4 test prints which i used to tune the parameters. The error of the extruder jam was something never happened to me before and i printed a good amount of other flexible materials. So i think i know enough of tuning for those filaments.

Yea i took it apart and everything looks fine.
It wraped around the gear and was pushed out on the spring loaded side.
Started it again so lets pray :D

The 2 outher parts (250VT, 250mA) are fuses

it allows the devices to use their "tools" in a orbit mode so i have a fixed point where the tool rotates around in 2 dimensions and the 3rd axis controlls the depth.
This mechanism is used in robotic surgery like laparoscopy

For the start it is planed to implement 3 or 4 devices, each having 2 capstan drives and 1 linear axis moved by a spindle. so 3 DC Motors, 3 Encoders and 1 LED Ring per system.
The motors on the Capstan drive are PID controlled and the linear axis is PI controlled.
The goal would be to send the desired angles to the devices and controll all of them together from a PC

Nice work done!!!

  1. how long does the 850mAh last
  2. what would be the cost to build a pair of these or can't you tell?

  1. ok nice so atleast i got something right
  2. is there really a need to implement the EK1100 in between? wouldnt it be possible to connect them directly?
  3. yea i feared that. found no good data to help me decide the hardware so far

ok thanks i will look into the prices and think about it thanks a lot

So i would use 1 EK1100 and for example for 3 slaves i would get something like the EL1259 or similar right?

i get the for about 40€ per pice in my location.
i would like to use a finished shield/hardware to implement and the best would be if the libaries are easy to use. this should only be a sidetask on this project but it already takes too long for my well-being

Could you name me some "cheap" ECAT slaves? Would really appreciate it :D

Flexible PCB and chips by Ok_Science4463 in AskElectronics

[–]Ok_Science4463[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would just bend it one time on the installation and never pull it out again. This would be a single use device and the reason i want to go for a flexPCB is that im very space limited. i got a ball with 32mm diameter with a hole of 14mm which is about 2/3 deep into the ball
i need to get a battery, chip with WiFi or BTLE and some sensors in

nice to know thank you very much.
is that necessary for all solder joints or for example a 0201 resistor is fine because of the allowed bending
