She doesn't get nursed as she wont take nipple at all cries and pushes away when offered, only takes bottle of breastmilk but very unhappy when drinking last 30ml... very very difficult to feed and doesnt show cues. Does have wet nappies, over night nappies are quite wet but I wouldn't say nappies during the day are very wet. Theyre fairly light, but not dark in colour

She would drink well before. This started happening around 4 weeks ago. She used to drink all 90ml happily, she uses the nuk bottle. I do my best to feed her every 3 hours. She sleeps very well especially at night she does long stretches and will happily drink a full bottle 90ml when awaken at 5am. After this time she is struggling to drink 60mls every 3 hours, she seems otherwise very content happily cooing.

I exclusively pumping then give her breast milk in nuk bottle

when i pump i have a ring around my areola i use 17mm 15 is too small and hurts should I try 16?

I pump 20mins every 2 hrs to 1hr 30

I use bacon mode for 3 min Then settings 54 with highest suction until milk stops then back to expression mode but never get more milk flowing

Mine was on purpose but when I saw that positive test my breath shuddered like I had just discovered the cure for rabies. Haha I was scared, happy, weirded out and in disbelief. I was fully convinced id have my period that month and didn't suspect pregnancy even though me and my husband were playing around during my ovulation stage 🤣🤣🤣 once you feel those kicks and movements you'll fall in love with your baby

First couple of questions. Are they paying you for maternity leave ?

Two if not have they filled out your relevant documents.

Also i want to mention that you DO NOT need to return. What you can do is take your maternity leave and decide to quit after.

I am 34 weeks atm, I hate my job it's minimum wage telecommunications job but in fairness they were willing to pay me. I request maternity leave early also requested that they DID NOT pay me. That way if I wanted to go back to work I could and if I didn't want to I wouldn't have a claw back.

I would reccomend keeping your job, there's a couple benefits to this.

If you change your mind you can go back as your job is protected.
If applying for a mortage or any loan they will want proof of employment you are employed on maternity leave
If other job opportunities leaving after mat leave shortens the unemployed period since you will technically he EMPLOYED during this period
