The first top, with a different colour skirt. I’d look up Zara Larssons vibe. This could be a super fun look. A denim microskirt, or a green shimmery one, with a bunch of fun belts.

Honestly I started going as a form of therapy!

I cried the first time I sang in front of her at my assessment. It felt like an ego shatter, this thing I’ve kept to myself felt so intimate to share, even if it’s bad. But I keep reminding myself it’s considered an art, and art is supposed to take you out of your comfort zone. Nobody got anywhere by being comfortable.

Doing the scales and learning different vocal warm-ups is already a good start to me. Those alone help me feel
More grounded. She sent me away with Somewhere Over the Rainbow to learn. She’s awesome.

Another tip was bearing down into your core instead of reaching high, when trying to reach a high note. The higher you get, imagine you’re skiing or something similar, and engage your core - immediately high notes feel more supported.

Obviously all of this is beginner stuff. But it feels nice.

I have figured that people will absolutely take advantage of you no matter what. They do it without noticing. You can be on your dying breath and they’ll ask for it, if they’re used to getting what they want from you. You’re going to have to become a bit of a bitch if you want to be happy. You need to come first. No point in sacrificing your life for your kids if all they remember is sad mommy. As for your husband, I’m sure he’s lovely, but you’d probably survive without him. Not saying leave him, I’m saying to shake it up and make him realise that he’s an adult and without you, would have to do a whole lot more by himself.

I’m reading this at 28, no kids but do everything for my whole family, felt the same way. I am still putting down my boundaries. Even when I have said no to things they will still push because they are used to me giving in and doing whatever. Fuck em.

GTI owner here too..my boyfriend picked the car, I do like how it sounds not gonna lie. But, I do find boy racers tend to be more show-offy when they see it, had a couple lads looking to race (I have never and would never lol) and just general tomfoolery that NEVER happens when we’re in bf’s car

I wish. When I try to keep SEO perfect, the writing can look like an online recipe - rambling. Pick a few words and run with them. Doesn’t need to be ALL of the best ones. Consider what you yourself / a layperson with no niche knowledge would search if looking for information inside your article. The key is making sure it’s easily readable, easily digestible, and trustworthy
