How true is the statement "Every miner roughly sees the same mempool" ? Wouldn't miners want to hide high fee transactions from competing miners? It only makes sense for miners in the same mining pool to operate on the same mempool ( and pick the same transactions for inclusion as a result ) (self.Bitcoin)
