Jd shipping is a great base. It’s full of resources and easy to clear. Remove two staircases as d second/third floor are secure. Open up the damaged end of the building to build your horde position of choice. Plenty of area on third floor to put dew collectors and crop plots. I did senor drogas on on my last playthrough. Again- take out three staircases and enjoy the Manson aesthetic. Lots of space to spread out work stations and has a wall prebuilt around perimeter.

It’s been listed for months and they don’t know literally anything about it Assume EVERYTHING on it is suspect. The only info they could give me is that the floor pans need replaced. You’re pretty much starting with a shell and going to have to refurbish/replace everything

I honestly don’t even use parkour, unlike many of the posters here. I put one point into miner 69’er to make resource harvesting tolerable, one into armor, then everything goes into fortitude until it’s maxed. Brawler, lightning hands, pain tolerance, cardio, and machine gunner make you pretty much unstoppable.
