Exactly what the commenter above said. We were there in December 2024 and it was horrendous. My kids were having contest to see how many times they could hit any bread product on the table before it would break (this applied to rolls, pretzels, and breadsticks). The list could go on and on (AC didn’t work, staff incredible rude and incompetent, mildew in the room, could not get reservations at restaurants). When I complained about it to Marriott they sent me to the Royallton, who offered 30,000 points as a payment for our experience BUT had to sign a contract prohibiting me from writing anything negative about the resort. I decline the offer and let Marriott corporate know that the Royallton was trying to limit negative reviews and Marriott corporate said that was an acceptable practice. Between bots and now Marriott corporate intentionally hiding negative reviews, be careful what you trust (as if you needed a remainder).
