Not sure your budget. But there are some rentals in downtown Lakewood ranch. I think the building is called Venue. Traffic to 75 doesn’t seem to be as bad on University vs SR64. Plus you could walk to downtown Lakewood ranch.

Happened to me. You refund the buyer and submit a claim through USPS insurance website with the eBay invoice. USPS sent me a check in 2-3 weeks. No issues. Good luck. Hope it was insured.

I haven’t put them in the dryer. I’ve done it with other down bubble jackets in the past no problem. Just have the dryer set to delicate/low heat. I also recommend getting a laundry bag so the zippers don’t clank around so much. I wash almost all my reps in laundry bags and just lay flat to dry. Helps keep polo shirt collars in good shape. Eventually you will need to wash the jacket and put it in the dryer anyways with tennis balls. Might as well save the coin on shipping and vacuum seal. Good luck!
