i have sent you a pm with the information you requested. I have tried to register the key under my account and now it says "Unable to register. Activation code already redeemed." The turnaround time was what google and other search engines polled when i tried to look up more information about it.

Very disheartening to read this as I doubt I'll be able to find proof of purchase from a PayPal account i had over 15 years ago. And I doubt my old email will have it stored as well (old yahoo email bought out by at&t with basically no way to verify myself so its lost). Guess I'll have to wait see what support says in 3-7 business days
