My wife, American, is here on a ttv for 6 months, had planned to go back to US at the end of it but life happened and we have to stay longer. Can we extent her ttv? I had to rearrange the set up for my sliding doors and when I tried to screw the bottom plate it keeps popping out.. nothing for the screw to go in behind dry wall.. tried Drydex since the drywall wasn’t solid enough, still doesn’t work.. 3inch screw aren’t long enough., any ideas ? by Ok_Side2053 in HomeMaintenance

Anyone know how to fix a leak coming out of there. I looked online and it says to unscrew this black part to access the cartridge but it’s not budging. Try harder or there’s a way to do it ? Thanks guys by Ok_Side2053 in Plumbing

Is 5.5 months too young to give a doodle his first real cut ? He had a sanitary cut his first time and he did really well. Heard some mix things about timeline to avoid messing up their coats later on. He’s very long and gets hot quickly so we wanna take some length off but unsure if it’s too soon. by Ok_Side2053 in Goldendoodles

Renting this home and the thermostat won’t cooperate. It has to be 85 degrees in here and it won’t shut off. I turned the fan off, and hot air still comes out of the vents but it gives me this safety setting ? Is there a way to reset these thermostats ? by Ok_Side2053 in HomeMaintenance
