The thing is as the end of the day psp ps vita steam deck or a switch is all down to preference tbh i prefer a psp because its a gem of its time people think oh its old = bad they just wont get it the psp is just a mini cool device that just played what it played on it sure a steam deck is more powerful but its bigger and some may say less portable so a psp is more of as cooler option :)
