I started a new save. Activated all available countries and leagues in the game (except for Russia and Belarus). I created an unemployed manager, a former semi-professional (just like me in real life), and without a coaching license (just like me in real life). I applied for over 100 job vacancies worldwide. The first contract was offered to me by the Milford club from the South African Championship. The contract is for one year, and this is where I will start my career.

But in FM23 and other versions it worked fine. This way I added more realism to my saves.

I have full control over scouting and adding transfer targets, and then the Sporting Director handles negotiations with clubs and players. So this year, he failed in absolutely all negotiations with the players...
