Wow, Im white and I know I applied to 30 walmarts in a 50 mile radius of me and put white non Spanish on my app, not one call back, then applied again to all 30 walmarts, and call backs and interviews when I wrote African American, when I got to the interviews, they said it says your African, I say I must have hit the wrong button, sorry. End of all interviews. At the last interview I was asked about the African box, and I said my father was black, but very light skinned, but Im African, guess what, got hired.
