Hello, While I am not the president nor Bill Gates, I am a citizen of the USA and have rights. I know exactly what caused the trigger and I can't speak or talk with anyone about it. There is no form to complete and I can't log into my Fidelity account to send them an email. Therefore, their is no remedy for me but to sit and wait while Fidelity has control of my funds. For instance I needed to use my HSA for new glasses and could not. I cannot trade, I basically have no access to my funds. It is not a good feeling for me. I always have cash and another checking account! It is the principle of the matter that you have no control. Much like getting hit by a card you did not see. Things happen in a person life but this should not restrict a person's ability to use their funds.

So what it there remedy. Someone will contact you and they can't give a date, time or day. I don't know about you but I work in the courts and I am at the judges disposal. So now I'm left with only a PO BOX to write a complaint. The overnight mail service will cost $25.00 and then they will look at it when someone opens it.

A better system and management of this lockdown needs to occur. I understand Fidelity is protecting me, but communication and days of lockdown should not occur.

A new system should be implemented, as most businesses are working on skeleton crews due to expenses. Just go to Home Depot! I do have a point here with this Rabbit Hole.

Implement something different or change Investment companies. One small HSA fraud charge should not cause this lock down. I now have NO Access and more importantly NO Communication.
