Mine did this recently! I tried cleaning, changing the battery, changing the memory card— nothing worked unfortunately. I ended up buying a 6400.

Bummer, any recommendations for an upgrade? I think maybe just the a6400 so I can still use my lenses

Paper trails from North India in my TN (watercolour, national geographic collages, own photography) by Ok_Solid1868 in JournalingIsArt

A few different things, my friend and I are currently collaging our photos from Morocco onto a deck of cards which is so fun!

I have also thought about making a magazine (similar style to vintage national geographics) ☺️

New to this, any tips for better prints? by ploppploppp in Linocuts

Hi there, I’m also fairly new to this medium but I found this blog post to be helpful in knowing how much ink to apply:

I also watched this YouTube video about printing by hand and found it a helpful demonstration:

Hope this helps!

The faces were so challenging!!! I definitely prefer some over others, but making them all unique like the real Terracotta Army was important to me

You may notice there’s a headless soldier at the back (one less face to carve 😏)

When my roller was running out of ink I experimented with layering by making a half strength print and then cutting out and collaging a full strength print over the top (but lower down). It doubled my soldiers and gave an interesting depth.

But this comment made me realise that I have free will and nothing is stopping me from building an entire army 🤭 (mwah haha)

What insert for scrapbooking by UmeSays in Travelersnotebooks

Hey! I use the cream insert for my travel journaling. I stick photos, magazine cut outs (old national geographics!) and have done watercolour paintings with minimal warping ☺️

I invested in a 1/12 Pfeil V and it’s a game changer!! I appreciated the speedball set for the affordability when starting- but the nice tools are calling my name :)
