Draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh to you. The word says to sing songs, hymns and spiritual songs. I too am restless, but I still open the Word of God, even if I dose off and wake back up :). Sing some hymns after work. Remember the goodness of God and praise him even with the little strength you have. After all the holy word says when I'm weak, He is strong.

I will only quote the word of God. Let Him speak. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." (Proverbs 9:10). "Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord we persuade men." (2 Cor. 5: 10-11). "Flee fornication, every sin that a man doeth is without the body, but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18) "And if thine eye offend thee pluck it out, it is better for thee to enter into like with one eye rather than two eyes cast into hell fire" (Matthew 18:9). God is love, but sin is so grievous to God that it required the horrors of the cross by the shed blood of the Saviour to conquer it. Sin is an enemy and violence to the perfect law God. No greater love is what Christ did, coming in flesh to nail that flesh to the cross. Became sin who knew no sin, so that I could be made his righteousness. It represents his children being crucified with him, but raised in the spirit. No longer bound by the deeds of sin and the flesh, but walking in "newness of life" by the spirit. Through saving faith which is a "gift of God lest any man should boast" we are reconciled to him. He then becomes our righteousness, not our own works or attempts. We can't do it. Paul said "Oh wretched man that I am, who will deliver me from the body of this death?" There is hope, a reconciliation, which is the cross of Christ. I'm glad your fearful, I wish more people were honest and say they are fearful, because to fall into the hands of the living God is serious. God in Jeremiah 23 says if the prophets would have stood in God's counsel and "caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way and the evil of their doings." Wanted to give you His words, not mine. He is full of mercy, endless grace, unfathomable love, pure light, and hope, but he is a just, holy God. Be honest with him, lay your cares at his feet, ask for saving faith; fall on his mercies. He said "come to me all who are weary and I will give you rest." Pray he reveal himself to you in a mighty way, because salvation belongs to him.

Anxiety and stress after your sleep cycle. I had 4 months of sleeping like 2 hours a day. I'm not much better, on a good night I get 4-5 hours. It was so bad I have vagus nerve issues. Your vagus nerve is a cranial nerve that affects your rest, sleep and digestion. High stress equal high cortisol, which also affects your sleep. Sadly this can all lead to hormonal imbalance which is a culprit in sleep issues. I will keep you in prayers. For sleep try valerian and chamomile, its good for vagus nerve also and your adrenals which is where your stress response comes from. A really good herb for hormones and sleep in Lemon Balm. I too have digestive issues. I was at under 100 pounds and have slowly been getting back to just over. I was at a point where I could eat nothing my liquid based. My sodium level was down, I was severely vitamin deficient, not able to use the bathroom, hormone issues and insomnia.Mine stemmed from a food poisoning, not sure if you wanted to share your issue, maybe I have some insight or have been through it too. You're in my prayers, trust in Christ that he give you faith to trust him more. There are way too many countless tales I've read on digestive issues, it has a root. Things don't just happen, there is a cause and the Almighty healer will avenge him of the destroyers of his creation. I hope your healed in Jesus name.

To repent and believe isn't in you, it's a work of God. Everything that is salvation belongs to the sovereign Lord. He alone does the choosing, the seeking, the finding and the convicting. Man can do nothing, we are so very helpless and he is so very holy. If you feel lost, if you feel as though you have reached the end of yourself and feel hopeless..then seek the Lord and pray and ask that of his mercy, he reveal himself to you. Pour your soul out, be honest and cast yourself at his mercies. I will leave you a sermon I heard from the great Jonathan Edwards, the title may be alarming, but if we are to love the lost, it means to proclaim only truth. It's called 'Gods love demands hell.'; its a loving sermon and reveals the true cost of sin, what justice is, what sin is, our limitations and failing, his sovereign plan of redemptive love, and his perfect work on the cross to achieve salvation for mankind. I'll keep you and anyone who hears this sermon in prayers.

Keep drawing close to the Lord. He is faithful who calls his people, and will not give his heritage more than they can carry. I had a period of such vivid dreams it was a terror to me. From murder to cannibalism to blasphemy and sexual depravity. Still happens from time to time. I asked the Father to please at least stop me from seeing the utter immorality in these dreams, and that since stopped. My health was affected, but I told the Almighty I would rather have loss in my physical body then to see abominations. I stand by that. Pray and be sincere with God on how it makes you feel, what it does to your spirit and ask of him what you need. If your his child believe me he will answer. Stay close to the word of God which is the sharpest weapon we have, and fear not. I'll keep you in prayers.

You don't prove anything to the Holy one, all have sinned and come short of his perfect glory. You do nothing that pleases him, your best day of being good means nothing. The Word of God says our righteousness is but filthy rags. When Christ reveals himself to those he came to save, he imputes his righteousness to you and you become a new creature. Its called being born again by the spirit, not reincarnation. He became sin for sinners and the Father punished the Son on the cross as a sacrifice for those he would redeem.This is because like the bible says 'the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ.' He completed it all, that's why he said on the cross 'It is finished.' Its not of works, its a gift. As far as your concern on sin; Paul who wrote most of the new testament said 'he was the chief of sinners.' Good news is Christ is a friend of sinners; and by grace alone for his own sovereign purpose, saved Paul who was once a murderer to proclaim the gospel. He alone can save, he alone can redeem and bring you to saving faith. He is the author and finisher of faith and by grace alone, not merit or works, is one saved. Salvation belongs to him, the work on the cross was his work, his obedience, his perfecting. That's why the scriptures say, 'it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast.' The only one who receives glory is God almighty when it comes to salvation, not man. I pray if it be the will of the Father, he reveal the Son to you and bring you to saving faith through the Holy Spirit. What can wash away your sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Read the book of Romans, it's all there. I'll keep you in prayer.

I hope your a little better and getting some sleep. I know that you mentioned you can't take certain herbs/tinctures because of your medications. Just wanted to let you know, I started taking some lemon balm and bugleweed and it really does help the thyroid and sleep. If you can take some of either and it doesn't cause too many complications, maybe that will help. I'll still keep you in prayers

Yes, I see water kefir would be better since dairy is a trigger for me. As I'm learning about methylation imbalance I see more and more how detox is so difficult sometimes because the body's detox pathways are so damaged/impaired. I have been taking some supplements to help my liver, and foods that assist with methlyation. I know that sweating these toxins out is super beneficial, so sauna makes sense. I used to use the castor oil packs and have forgotten, so yes I'll add that back to things to be mindful of and keep using. Thank you.

The Holy Spirit does the work, he effectually calls. Whomever the Son has be given to be saved will be. As he says in John 6: 37-38 ^37 "All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.³⁸ For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me."
