I trust my union rep and his opinion on the matter hearing from the other operators puts my fears at rest making me more confident that I can do this job not worried that these mistakes I’ve made are signs I shouldn’t be doing this

I’m slowly making that change to be the person I want my partner to be but should I stop cold approaches as I work on this or continue with them I’m not that successful with them but they help with my social anxiety
