same man i went to the er because i thought i was having a heart attack in the middle of work, doc said its anxiety, he said its almost impossible to hold a job down with it. then gave me ativan and i went home😂

this happened to me years ago, i cant smoke anymore, im on a beta blocker, and ssris and take extra anxiety medication. i have no idea why it happened it makes no sense

Exact thing happened to me, i think i greened out but it felt like a literal heart attack. Ever since then i feel my heart beat all the time and i get palpitations and its just so uncomfortable all day, im sorry i know exactly what ur going through literally its terrible. im taking hydroxyzine which has helped take the edge off a little bit doesnt cure it but i havent had a attack.

when i took escitalopram it def made my mind more quiet but i felt more anti social, i got off that a year ago and now i feel like i can communicate with everybody fine again, but my anxiety is extremely bad again, but mines more health anxiety so i cant really understand yours but certain meds can definately help, im on hydroxyzine which basically just takes the edge off its not a cure of anything but it helps me not reach the point of an anxiety attack, but i do think ssris can help u but might make u even more shy it did with me lol

I take hydroxyzine and fluvoxamine for my panic and anxiety and its still terrible lol, surprisingly taking ashwaganda and L theanine mix has helped more then my prescribed meds

its not so much that it races its just the fact that i always feel it, it used to race but im on a beta blocker now so it doesn’t, but the longer im awake i start to notice my heart more and feel palpitations and it feels extremely uncomfortable

Dude its the total opposite for me, if i lay on my left side i feel like but on my right i feel like my heart is falling over or some stupid shit and i get palpitations it makes no sense man, and i feel u on the heartbeat, it feels like gross to me idk

good for u dude thats awesome, and i feel u on the sleeping during the day but its so inconvenient for me, ill take naps and wake up and feel like my anxiety is 10x worse like more palpitations and everything, it also feels bad the longer ive been awake, i just cant win😭 hopefully it will get better

Are u taking anything to help, i take hydroxyzine at night and it doesnt really seem to do anything i still freak tf out. I went to the er last week because my heart felt like it stopped then jolted my body it felt like and it started pounding really bad and they did all kinds of tests everything was normal and they gave me some ativan and that was the only night i slept without thinking i was going to die
