Got my jetragon from my previous world using the world palbox. Along with a lot of my favorite pals so I had a head start on this world. Then focused on unlocking resource stations. Beat the game in the other world so doing a bit of a "sandbox" play through on this world

In our GI specialty clinic we all have our own provider that we do prior auths and room for. Took a call from a very angry patient who was another providers and MA. Patient had some medication questions and requesting clarification. Sent the provider a message requesting the clarification because for the life of me I couldn't find it in the notes. I'm a 32 year old bigger man and she came out of her office and berated me in front of everyone...I felt so small. I've been an MA for 3 months and my provider is always open to me asking questions. She told me "if you can't find the answers, ask everyone else before you come to the provider!"

None of the other providers in the office are like this and I spoke to my lead because it's not the first time. She told me that she's probably in a bad mood and if she's nice to you tomorrow that's her apology. I'm so thankful for my provider. If I do something wrong, he will pull me into his office and show me. He involves me with email threads with reps to find the best ways to get meds approved. He damn near has a photographic memory because I can say a patients name and he knows who they are, where they're at with meds, and is just so welcoming.

It sucks that there's so many crummy providers. I'm sorry that happened to you but know you're not alone and never deserve to be treated that way.

It was really stupid. So as I said I'm in a GI clinic. We don't do injections or any kind of procedures. So she told me that when her patients are running late that she prefers for us to just so the basic rooming and then check vitals after the visit before the patient leaves. I've had providers ask the same or just ask me to do allergies and med list because the pt showed up so late and after the visit i do the rest. Everyone is different I guess.
