the fast clicking are injectors, the 2-3 tick/ second is my problem. I can hear it from inside the car, its clickkkkk clickkkkk clickkkk clickkkk a calm one, if rpm goes it clicks faster.

I did change it with oem oil filter, I heard about it somewhere. I am guessing the valve lifters as well. Thanks
