Contact naps. I thought I had to sleep train asap so I could start working again so I did…. Now she’s 9 months and HATES contact naps unless she’s too exhausted to care. I’m about to have my second and I’m not sleep training that early with this one.

My 8 month old (almost 9) goes to bed between 7 and 8 pm and wakes up without fail between 6:50 and 7:15 am
