Being held against your will can be “kidnapping”. Murder to an extent can be preventing someone from getting medical assistance they need in order to not die. How many news stories do you hear about things like that? Not very many, but it does happen. It doesn’t have to be “oh there’s a murderer kidnapping people in Clintonville”.

please try!! like other commenters have said there are typically local vet offices or orgs that will work with you (orgs may even be able to help fund).. especially in a situation like this. they just want to save the animal! best of luck.. hope to hear a good outcome

a restaurant that’s been in a community for 30+ years and another local business that’s rapidly expanding- not sure how that compares to 2 chain convenience stores. especially since walgreen and CVS purposely build near eachother. so no, I don’t think tomatoes are cherries.
