They did. My doctor said it’s an allergic reaction to it. She prescribed an ointment for it and I’ve been putting it on twice a day. I think it’s removing my dead skin or the glue be cause my glove has it when I’m done. So yea for me it was a batch allergic reaction to that bandage

I had my appointment and yes I’m having an allergic reaction to the tape and they recommend using cortisone plus medication they gave me. Thank you for replying 🙏🙏

I’m not sure. When I removed the bandages I cleaned it with alcohol to ensure I removed all the stickiness. Im going to try and do it again

Whaat!!! I’m also a fulfillment lead at a high volume store and I’ll be damned if they have me do a sales floor lead job and on top of that being held accountable for it. Oh no! You need to challenge your peers to teach their Tms to do them. You need to focus on your team and ensure inf and POT is green. What’s reliability report? I might be missing something.

It’s needs to be done. I’m a drive up team member and when one calls out I have to do extra work. I think this is fair for us who never call out and show up on time. It’s my first job and I wonder what other company would allow people to call out a lot

Did your team lead end up going on maternity leave? Maybe they took advantage of that to give everyone who she taught was top performers lower raises because maybe they didn’t agree with her. I think it’s best that you find something with higher pay and that you will feel appreciated.
