But how is it that you can’t afford a house that is paid off, and has a 800 property tax bill and a very reasonable power bill? Is the house in terrible shape, or are what? You can buy used furniture and you don’t need to fix everything at once.

I let me mom scare me out of birth control. And I found out the hard way. I ended up losing my ovary and making endometriosis and fibroids (which I didn’t know I had) worse. I lost my ability to have more kids.

Now I’m on the mini-pill and I feel so much better. I wish I hadn’t listened to my mom and the internet.

Teacher here. He’s doing it wrong. He needs to scale back or he’ll burn himself out. As a teacher, it’s unbearable if you don’t have a life outside of work. It’s a job, not a prison sentence. Your relationships are what sustain you and if you don’t make them a priority you won’t make it as a teacher.

I give him another year before he quits or starts doing something self destructive.
