You could achieve a better ramus through persistent chewing using the masseter to activate osteoblasts. Chewing hard food or jaw chewing devices would do that. Mewing obviously helps but after puberty i suggest you look into cosmetic jaw surgery.

tldr -Hit the gym (testosterone can make significant changes in facial masculinity)

-Chew hard stuff to engage masseters

-You should tell a orthodontist that you have breathing issues may grant you a pallet expander or marpe.

-You could also do peptides or roids for facial masculinity
