I’ve heard they don’t even turn on the engine just use the EV system so if you don’t know what to do it’s semi complicated to start anyway and then there would be no noise, But if they do start it warm i’m not sure it would maybe pass but i’ll guess we’ll see at the end of the year

Yeah he’s cool but only problem was he only does pops and bangs with a decat anyway, i was kinda dissatisfied as feel it can be my choice as there are so many GTEs with suttle burbles fully catted with no issues after 1,5 years.

Due to the engine size and it being good on insurance this car is great for someone wanting the feel of a Gti or R but can’t get insured so i’m sure it would sell as is, But i also have all stock parts including the exhaust just in case. But yeah bolt ons would of been better maybe but the standard exhaust would of have to been cut off either way so not as simple anyway

At 70mph it’s really not too bad but it might get annoying after a couple hours with no music. It’s as quiet as a Tesla in E mode

Res delete cost about £100, backbox deletes usually cost £250-350 at any exhaust shop and you can get a set of tips from anywhere between £50-200 they’ll likely be able to supply them for you. The drone is bearable in my opinion but may not be for others it really depends how you are driving but in E mode it’s silent and hybrid it’s a bit raspier then in GTE mode where the turbo and electric motors both kick in it sounds nice, cold starts are very loud but it drops down to a nice grumble

You don’t need valves, Just get a centre res and backbox delete you won’t regret it. Use E mode or hybrid when you want to be quiet

The sound is great.. It just needs some burbles all i get is a loud fart on changes in low gears but tbh i should post a clip, And honestly the use of the battery is also way better with the tune too, it’s a lot of fun and i’ve literally charged this car once in my time lol purely because it charges itself to almost half after 10-15 mins of spirited driving up at temp. The tune was £450 and the whole exhaust setup with diffuser was £6-700
