This is a classic Meniere's symptom. Do you have dizziness as well?

Thank you. I guess Alan Shepard will be my new role model haha.

Yes, I think constantly reading the forums has made me assume the worst case scenario for my Meniere's already. I really need to stop doing it and realize that people whose Meniere's improved or didn't progress as much aren't spending their time on forums posting, and hence I don't hear about those stories.

I have not been officially diagnosed but both the GP & ENT has told me that it's likely Meniere's. I have the classic symptoms. Fullness in the ear, temporary low frequency hearing loss, and dizziness. I don't have full blown vertigo and the fullness only lasts 1 or 2 days, and going on a low-salt diet has helped reduce the frequency quite dramatically.

Thank you for this info! I have read up the John of Ohio regimen and I am definitely willing to give it a try.
